icoone® Medical configuration by i-Tech Industries for clinical practices

Physical therapy, chiropractic and plastic-surgery practices buy icoone® Medical at $87,000 or Laser-Med at $89,000: 40 programmes, 11 handpieces, two-hand symmetrical application. In the United States the claims are the four labeled indications on the cleared laser configuration. This guide covers the fit, the governance and the pricing.

Why does icoone® land in clinical practices at all?

Because the four cleared indications on 510(k) K211272 read like the vocabulary of a therapy room: relief of minor muscle aches and pain; relief of muscle spasms; temporary improvement of local blood circulation; temporary reduction in the appearance of cellulite. Three of those four are already what a PT or chiropractic patient is in the building for. The fourth opens a cash-pay aesthetic line beside the clinical one.

The mechanism suits the setting too. Roboderm® Multi Micro Alveolar Stimulation delivers up to 21,600 microstimulations a minute across a surface that is 86% micro-holes. It is non-thermal, works on every skin type, and is designed for daily use with no downtime — so it schedules like a modality, not like a procedure. Details in the Roboderm® guide.

Monthly figures assume 60 months, $0 down, qualified buyers, subject to applicant and provider approval. The gap is $2,000 of capital — roughly $44 a month — and it buys the laser handpieces and the cleared indications. For a practice whose program language depends on muscle aches, muscle spasms or local circulation, that is not a close decision. See icoone® Medical and icoone® Laser-Med, and the wider configuration guide.

Worth stating plainly, because it trips buyers up: the word “Medical” in the product name is a configuration label, not a U.S. regulatory status. The non-laser icoone® Medical carries no FDA wording, exactly like icoone® Beauty. The scope guide maps the whole range.

What are the 16 medical programmes?

icoone® Medical and Laser-Med add 16 medical programmes to the 24 aesthetic ones, for 40 in total. Documentation on these is available on request from i-Tech Industries. In the U.S., what you advertise and what you put on an intake form stays within the four labeled indications on the cleared laser configuration — the programme library is a capability of the console, not an expansion of the clearance.

How does it fit a PT or chiropractic schedule?

As a staff-delivered service in a dedicated room. A session is a 20-minute Base full-body pass with the paired Robotwins in two-hand symmetrical application, plus one or two 10-minute Focus blocks, inside a 40 to 60-minute booking slot. Series cadence is two to three a week per i-Tech’s protocol structure — which happens to align with how a therapy plan of care is already scheduled.

The important operational point is that the provider does not have to be the operator. A trained team member runs the device while the provider does what only the provider can do. That is what makes the arithmetic work in a clinical week where the constraint is always provider hours. Training is included with every full-price device and covers handpieces, programmes, Grip 1/2/3 modes, consultation and the hygiene protocol including the client body suit — see training and the session planning guide.

What does a plastic-surgery practice do with it?

Two things. First, a cash-pay aesthetic menu in an existing room: face work with Robomicro, drainage sessions, body programs and cellulite-appearance sessions on a cleared laser model. Second, a differentiator in a market where every practice has the same injectable menu — fewer than 100 icoone® devices are installed in the United States, against 7,000+ centers in 40+ countries worldwide per i-Tech, in residence at properties including Four Seasons, Ritz-Carlton, Dior Spa at The Lana in Dubai and Clinique La Prairie. That is a reference wall, not a client list, but it tells a patient something about where the device sits.

What governance should be in place before the first session?

Five items, none of them exotic.

Scope discipline. One written page listing the four labeled indications and the model on your floor, and the sentences nobody uses. Everyone who books, sells or delivers reads it.

Delegation and supervision. Who runs the device, under whose supervision, per your state’s rules for your profession. Settle this before delivery, not after.

Intake and documentation. A standard consultation form that maps the client’s goal to a programme and a series, and a session log.

Hygiene. Client body suit protocol, handpiece care, room turnover. There are no tips, cartridges or applicators to replace, so the protocol is short and it is about cleanliness rather than parts inventory.

Advertising review. Every ad, menu card and social post checked against the same one-page scope sheet. This is the step most practices skip and the cheapest one to keep.

How should a clinical practice price it?

Cash-pay, as a service with a published price and a series structure. Sessions retail at $150–$350 per i-Tech. Illustratively, three sessions a day at $250 across 26 operating days is $19,500 of billings against a ≈ $1,948 payment on a Laser-Med; at $250 a session, roughly eight sessions a month cover the payment. Those are planning figures, not a forecast — your market, staffing and booking rate decide the real number. More arithmetic in the investment planning guide and the ROI guide.

Financing runs through Brickhouse Financial: 60 months, $0 down for qualified buyers, around 11.3% APR, typically 2+ years in business, 670+ credit and $8K+ monthly deposits, startups case by case, subject to applicant and provider approval — see financing and icoone® cost.

What comes with the purchase?

Training, shipping, manufacturer warranty, a dedicated success manager, open-house event support, and the 90-Day Launch Program: $10,000 program value, fully managed marketing plus up to $2,500 of ad spend, running until 30 booked paying clients or 90 days, whichever comes first, on full-price device purchases with Launch Playbook participation. Every icoone® is CE marked and ISO 13485. Availability and territory through DNA Distribution; start at the icoone® hub or the aesthetic range.

Questions buyers ask

Which icoone® do clinical practices buy?

+

icoone® Medical at $87,000 (≈ $1,904/mo) or icoone® Laser-Med at $89,000 (≈ $1,948/mo). Both carry 40 programmes — 24 aesthetic plus 16 medical programmes, documentation available on request. Laser-Med adds a 915 nm laser and 650 nm LED and FDA 510(k) K211272.

What is icoone® cleared for in a U.S. clinical setting?

+

Four labeled indications on the laser models: relief of minor muscle aches and pain; relief of muscle spasms; temporary improvement of local blood circulation; temporary reduction in the appearance of cellulite. icoone® Laser-Med carries 510(k) K211272; Laser Beauty carries K182453.

Does a chiropractic or PT practice need the laser configuration?

+

If the program language depends on relief of minor muscle aches and pain or relief of muscle spasms, yes — those indications belong to the laser models. Laser-Med is $2,000 above the non-laser Medical, about $44 a month on a 60-month term.

How does it fit alongside existing services?

+

As a scheduled, staff-delivered service in its own room. Sessions run 40 to 60 minutes on a Base-plus-Focus structure, two to three a week in a series, delivered by a trained team member rather than the provider — which is what makes the economics work in a clinical schedule.

What about the 16 medical programmes?

+

icoone® Medical and Laser-Med carry 16 medical programmes in addition to the 24 aesthetic ones, with documentation available on request from the manufacturer. In the United States, marketing claims stay within the four labeled indications on the cleared laser configurations.
