The Science
The Les Spheres® method involves manipulating the skin and the layers beneath it, including the superficial muscles, with four distinct handpiece motions: upward, back and forth, in semicircles, and in wave-like patterns. These varied techniques aim to achieve several benefits, including reducing cellulite and fat, improving skin firmness, promoting drainage, and aiding in detoxification.
Adjusting the pressure is key and can be customized for each client and specific treatment plan, leveraging the natural resistance of the subcutaneous muscle layers to enhance the massage's effectiveness.
Furthermore, each treatment protocol specifies the rotation speed of the 45 spheres involved. This speed, in conjunction with the massage motions, generates distinct wave patterns that target different therapeutic outcomes.
